  • tse. Creative Studio is available to hire from 8am to 4pm Monday, Thursday and Friday.
    Weekends are available by request.

  • There is a bathroom and small kitchenette on-site, including access to a fridge, microwave and kettle (located upstairs) for your convenience.

    AIR-CONDITIONING — Please note, there is no direct air-conditioning to the ground floor of the studio, however, when the upstairs unit is running, the cool air does float down. Though, be mindful when using continuous lighting for a longer period, sometimes the heat of the lights can override this. including access to a fridge and microwave and kettle (located upstairs).

  • A 10-minute early arrival window is offered to help you unload and get settled. However, please ensure all pack down/clean up is completed within your booking time. Overtime fees will apply.

  • Street parking is available at the entry to the warehouse complex.

    *If needed, you are welcome to park briefly in front of the warehouse roller door to unload your gear before moving your car.

  • Please ensure the studio is left as you found it. This includes returning light stands, tables, and props to their original location.

    If it isn't left in its original state, a $150 cleaning fee will be added to your booking (and yes, we will notice).

    Please advise if there are any breakages or damage to props/backdrops during your session. We understand that accidents happen, however, pending the damage, you may be subject to replacement fees.

  • We kindly ask that you please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your booking.
    Any cancellations/changes within 24 hours will result in a 50% of booking cost cancellation fee.
    No shows will result in full charge.

  • MAXIMUM CAPACITY — For space and safety reasons, we ask that a maximum of 5 people be present for your shoot. If you need a larger allocation for multiple models and HMUA crew, please advise when booking

    SOUND CONSIDERATIONS — Please note the studio is located in an industrial warehouse complex and is often quite noisy. It is worth considering this if you plan to shoot mic’d up video.
